schedules, preconceived notions, and the most heated rivalry in modern surf history, somehow it all came together. The end result was a

The number one event each year on the ASP Mens World Tour sees the top 45 surfers and three wildcards surf it out in the
perfect waves of Queensland’s Gold Coast for a share in $340,000 US dollars and the all-important lead in the race for the world title.
Nine-times world surfing champion and the man now regarded as perhaps the greatest athlete in the world today, Kelly Slater, will
